In cooperation with the Latvian society „Chernobyl” , the participants of the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP accident and the Latvian Fire Museum, in a documentary format depicting the contribution of Latvian citizens to the localization of the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP accident, in 2019, the Faculty of International Relations and Political Research of Ukraine of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (Republic of Poland) published book in Poland department assistants Ph. D. Pawel Sekula's "Chernobyl Liquidators. The Unknown Story With the Testimony of the President of Latvia".
In order to present the book to a wide range of readers around the world, the book was also published in English in 2020.
One can only wish that the book would be translated into Latvian and published by one of the Latvian publishing houses.
Ph.D. Pavel Sekula has visited the museum several times.
