Education:

  • 1992 graduated from the University of Latvia with a degree in Law, 2nd level professional higher education, qualification of a lawyer
  • 1974 graduated from Leningrad Fire Technical School, Qualification of fire safety equipment and safety technician.
  • 1971 graduated from Kaunas Secondary School.

Work experience:

  • 2007 November - until now the director of the Latvian Fire Museum
